Fun Fact!: Previously named the Siberian Tiger, this cat is no longer found in Siberia, thus needing a name change. Amur Tigers are the biggest tiger species, and critically endangered with an estimated 400 left in the wild!

Tigers often lie in long grass or caves, and will escape the heat of the day resting in a pool of water. They are excellent swimmers

Conservation Note!: It is important to recycle your aluminum cans and waste! Aluminum is mined in the Amur River Valley, which is where these cats are from. So recycle your old soda cans, and know that you get to help these beautiful creatures right from home!
